i-link™: One Powerful Window for Customers’ Fire and Security Assets

​UTC Fire & Security is proud to introduce i-linkTM, the industry’s first fully networked portal view of our customers’ entire fire and security landscapes. With i-link, a service customer’s locations are interactively visible in real-time through one convenient web interface – resulting in more efficient management and lower overhead.
 
i-link provides seamless online account management, allowing customers to place, track, and monitor all service calls online, work with one standardized process for all service requests and generate automatic reports at any time. Additionally, the tool offers dashboard control, rapid response, networked alerts, real-time job tracking and customized reporting.
 
i-link is a major step forward in the fire and security industry – a strong link that can make a world of difference. i-link raises the bar on productivity, performance, and accountability, providing customers with an invaluable two-way monitoring and communications tool that will lower costs while improving service quality. i-link is currently being piloted in UTC Fire & Security’s service businesses in the U.K. and Australia and will be rolled out more broadly in the near future.
