UTC Fire & Security to Showcase
Extensive Range of Fire Safety Solutions



BEIJING, China, Oct. 26, 2006  UTC Fire & Security and its brands including Det-Tronics, Kidde, Sides and Autronica will showcase a broad range of innovative fire safety solutions during the China Fire Exhibition in Beijing this week, at booth 301-310, section B.  UTC Fire & Security is a business unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX). 

The products on display will include flame and gas sensors for high hazard areas from Det-Tronics; fire trucks for industrial areas and airports and special purpose trucks from Sides; firefighting equipment including fire hose, foams and pumps from Kidde and National Foam; fire detection and alarm systems from Autronica; Kidde gas suppression systems and fire extinguishers, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors from Kidde Fyrnetics.
